Note: We are unable to perform repairs on hardware through remote connection, however, we are available to advise and assist.  If your computer is so severely infected that it requires total system restore or redo, we will assist you to perform repairs and reinstall your operating system prior to setting up your computer for preventive monitoring.

The cost for Emergency Repair Services or Computer reformating and OS reinstallation at regular open ratew without purchase of a monitoring program is $75 per hour with a two hour minimum.  Pick up fee is $20 in local Austin, Texas.

If you purchase a Silver Level Optimal IT Solutions program we charge a flat fee of only $70.00 for the OS rebuild.  Silver Level Emergency services in the local Austin, Texas area or with machines shipped into our shop is charged at $35.00 per hour.
