How does it work?

1. You submit a request by email for a coaching session.  In your request, you list a few of your questions for the technical coach.

2. The technician replies and sets a date and time for the session.

3. If several people are asking the same questions, the technician may set up a multiple session connecting several customers together through remote connection.  Or he may set up a private session to just answer your questions.

4. At the agreed day and time, the technician will log into your computer remotely and together you will begin your session.

This is one of the neatest coaching formats available anywhere.  It is fun and exciting.  Most of all it is the fastest and most effective way to learn about your computer.

Coaching sessions that go beyond the normal 30 minute free alotment are charged at the Silver Level hourly rate of only $35.00 per hour.
