Note: We will advise and assist you with hardware issues as needed, however, we are unable to make hardware repairs remotely.  If your computer has is so severely infected that it requires total system restore or redo, we will preform repairs and reinstall your operating system prior tosetting up your computer for preventive monitoring.

The cost for Emergency Repair Services or Computer reformating and OS reinstallation at regular open ratew without purchase of a monitoring program is $75 per hour.  Pick up fee is $20 in local Austin, Texas.
